I value authenticity and lead with vulnerability, knowing that my story holds keys of healing for others. My call as a healer has been life long and has evolved in depth and breadth as I have navigated the challenges of my own healing journey and recovery from; complex trauma, chronic illness, burnout, and spiritual abuse. I have created the community I wish I’d had available to me in the dark nights of my soul, a space of connection, nurturing, compassion and healing.I practise from a trauma informed lens using the creative arts, narrative therapy and somatic practices as gateways to healing. I have qualifications in counselling, ministry and education and engage in ongoing personal growth and learning. I have worked in the education and community sectors for over 20 years in numerous roles as a teacher, counsellor, project manager, Mentor, NGO Director and community worker.I am deeply spiritual and believe that divine union is our highest state of being. Jesus Christ is my gateway to encountering the divine realms of mystery.

My Women's Circle gatherings are sacred spaces of safety and trust where I guide women through emotional and spiritual growth activities.
